Peter: Could be my eyes are bad. I know I'm not a "print worshiper" as Duane Michels referred to some photo collectors. But looking at my 1280 prints using BO compared to Woolf workflow or Roark workflow, the dots seem the same both to the naked eye and with a loupe. That's my prints and others. Your view certainly is the majority one. I just can't see it myself. Nor can a few others. Your "degraded eyesight" theory is about the most plausible one I've heard.
