Digital BW, The Print

I have finally installed the RIP and have made some trial prints with it. It is terribly slow. It is connected to the LTP port so now that I see that it will work from the USB port I will reinstall it there. The techie at Epson told me it wouldn't work when connected to a USB port! 

I cannot get it to print greyscale so I must have the settings wrong. Which settings did you use in the Print Settings and Color Management Boxes?
