Problems with posterized looking prints

I can not find the right workflow for Epson 1280, MIS VM, PR curves, 
EAM, and PS7. My prints looked posterized in the 70-80% tones. I have 
tried changing dot gain, RGB, sRGB, 1290 curves, I just can't correct 
the problem. Any solutions?
