Digital BW, The Print

Anyone else have this problem? My Piezo BW plug-in has forgotten how to 
set margin offsets. Sometimes it prints as expected. The next print 
with a 6cm top offset will print with a 3cm offset instead. The next 
print will print with the top offset correct, but 2" of the image on 
the right will simply not print, as if the software cropped it off. I'm 
thinking $2/sheet Hanhnemeulle Photo Rag is not the best paper to use 
when troubleshooting such problems.... I'm using a Mac G4/450 with 
OS9.2.2 and Photoshop 6. The last time I printed a week ago, all worked 
normally.
