Digital BW, The Print

I'm about to embark upon digital B&W. I will continue to keep one 
foot in the darkroom and it's taken me some time to get to this 
point. I have purchased an Epson 1160 printer and am about to 
purchase inks. I would love to hear from those with experience what 
seems to offer the best, most consistent results. I am not adverse to 
technological things, but partake in photography for the artistic 
release, not to contstantly putter and tweak. I truly want to produce 
prints as effeciently as possible. I'm leaning toward the Lyson Quad 
products, but all opinions will be appreciated.
