Digital BW, The Print

In another thread I asked where I could find more forums/reviews of 
the Epson 2200 RIP.  No one on my other regular forum, Photo.Net, 
seems to have tried it, and the conclusions on this forum about 
whether it fixes the metamerism seem to diverge radically.

So I went to Google and tried [ Epson RIP ] and got a zillion hits 
but not on that product - such a broad search gets any website that 
has the word "Epson" and the word "RIP".    So I tried [ "Epson 
RIP" ] but apparently Epson has lots of RIPs for different products 
so that was still too broad.   The official name of the product 
is "EPSON StylusRIP Professional for the Epson Stylus Photo 2200" so 
I tried [ "EPSON StylusRIP" 2200 ] which netted me 93 hits, which 
Google filtered down to 12 because most of them were from the same 12 
domains, and none of them seemed to have a review.

So I'm not having much luck finding comments and reviews on this 
product.  Does anyone have any suggestions?   Is there a way to get a 
demo version or see sample prints done by someone who knows how to 
use it?   Are there other web forums were there is active, technical 
discussion about digital printing, especially fine-art and black and 
white?
