As most of you know, inkjet inks, especially the pigmented, archival ones, need a porous surface to dry. If you print on a nonporous surface they will stay wet for a long time, and the rollers on the printer will track ink across everything. As an experiment I tried printing on an acrylic sealed canvas this morning and the ink is STILL tacky, 9 hours later! Recently when surfing the web I came across a couple of places selling bottles of stuff you could coat paper, cloth, etc with so you could inkjet print on it. But I can't remember where I saw these. Does anyone know who sells this stuff? Thanks in advance!
