A few members might get a kick out of this one...

So last Thursday morning, two Epson reps ended up in my lab, having
gotten lost in the building looking for someone else. Their eyes lit
up when they saw my 2 1270s and 2 1280s and the rack of EEM and HWM
and we got to talking. We do mostly reproduction work of old photos
so, sensing a unique opportunity to have a little fun, I showed them
some of the b/w prints we were working on. They were quite impressed,
and eagerly asked to see more. The talkative one gushed, "Wow, those
blacks are great, and they're so neutral!!! How'd you get such a good
look?" Suppressing an overwhelming urge to do the kiddie nah-nah
dance, I calmly replied, "Oh, we use MIS quad inks."

If only I had a picture of the looks on their faces. Wanting to
prolong the moment, I then showed them the b/w prints we had gotten
from the Epson dyes, and described at great length how much I loved
the look of the third party quad inks. Needless to say, they quickly
remembered their previous appointment and disappeared in record time.
