Mitch,

I quickly scanned a couple of samples for comparison at:

(no modifications in PS other than sizing)

I've seen a few other post mention the IP courseness in the 
highlights. It's really quite visible without a loupe.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
