Many thanks to Julian Thomas, Stanley Shire, Martin Wesley, and Richard
Sallee, who reported on experiences with the MIS and Nomorecarts continuous
inking systems.

It appears that there is little difference between the two systems, and
that either of them, when properly installed, will give reliable service.
