If you have a clog that you can't get out, don't keep using your 
printer! You will ruin the heads!  Just put some fantastik on the 
sponge (the cap) and let it sit until you can get a cleaning or epson 
cart. This is assuming you don't want to or already have tried the more 
robust method of forcing fantastik or alcohol through the heads with a 
syringe and some tubing.
