Maybe someone has some empties you can use? Reset the chips, flush 
the head, & then send it back. BTW are you familiar with Comp USA's 
TAP(Technology Assurance program) It adds $60 to the price of the 
printer, but for two years you can take it back for any reason or no 
reason-I'm on my third 1280, which I switched to from my ALPS MD5000-
they gave me a full refund when they couldn't service it! So now I'm 
thinking about those nice interchaneable heads on the Canon 
printers....

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
