Hi, I was wondering about the way the Epson photo black ink sits on Glossy paper printed with the 2200. I've had great results printing on photorag with mat ink, however the photo ink very noticeably sits on the surface (visually) of the glossy paper. If you turn the paper into the light a bit you can really see relief patterns. Very distracting. I'm assuming this is because of the pigment inks, it never happened with the Epson 1200. My Question is if there is any Semi gloss, semi-matt or gloss papers out there that does not display this phenomenon when printed with the photo black inks. I've tested all the Epson papers. Anyone tried other papers with different results? Ilford? Pictorico? Lorne Resnick [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
