Tim, Do you have the manual? There should be a section that tells you what the different light combination means. The combination you describe on my 1270 means there is a paper jam. The instructions are to turn off the printer. Clear any jams and turn the printer back on. If this doesn't work it says to call Epson. I hate to say it but it looks like one for Epson. Hpefully someone has a better suggestion.
