I was really excited about the swappable print-heads when I saw the Canon at Piezography's booth at PMA a few weeks ago too. Sounds like a great solution - black and white AND color from the same printer!! Talk to Canon and/or anyone who's tried it though (for a long period of time anyway) and you'll discover uncorrectable alignment problems, tons of banding and a voided warranty.
