Thanks for the info, Julian. I may drop them a line, but it sounds like I might be beyond the bleeding edge of my technological development at this time. I've been getting what I thought were pretty decent prints with the Lyson SG inks, and have just been waiting for them to be available in bulk for the Canon 9000 printers (supposedly that's coming "real soon now" ;-) ) The Canon is so much faster than the old Epson (860) that I've used with Piezo, Lyson and MIS inks that I'll probably wait to see if the Lyson/Canon thing really happens before striking off down the Ilford track. I gather that even the new Epsons aren't close to the Canon in speed, not that I have either the cash or space for one.
