Re: [Digital BW] KRYLON SPRAY with GALLERIE SMOOTH PEARL/MIS VM-GENERATIONSCOLOR?

2003-03-31 by Edward Wiseman

Well..I just tried it out and I'm not that impressed with G4 Inks and the
Ilford Pearl..3 coats of KRLON and it's "OK" , but not what I'm looking
for..THX Doug and Paul Roark for your responses..and to Paul's response
regarding a "UT" Sepia that does'nt need spraying, however, I DO still need
to have access to a "Neutral" tone as well as "Sepia", so I guess it won't
work for me at the moment without totally changing the inks in my two
1160's..

VM-GENERATIONSCOLOR?

> Has anyone in this group tried Ilford GALLERIE SMOOTH PEARL sprayed
with KRYLON SATIN while using either MIS VM inks (sepia in my case) or
GENERATIONS color inks??..The only positive results that I've had have been
with KODAK ULTRA SATIN paper, which looks GREAT, but is only available in
8.5x11..
