I'm printing 16x24 quadtones (mis full spec/neut.) on the epson 3000. I'm 
using the epson driver. At this size my output is 240 to 260 ppi. should i use 
bicubic to resample up to 360ppi or higher? Sorry, if this question is 
antiquated.    thanks, chris
