chris, we use 240ppi for all of our images.  We found no
difference when Evaluating the difference between 240
and 360.  Also, the rip/print time increase due to the 
extra file size is another point to evaluate.

When we have to resample images, we use the Photoshop
Action from Fred Miranda - FM Stair Interpolation (SI v2.2), 
it's only $15 from:
