If you get it to print with the Epson, you probably have air in the CIS cart. Put a syringe to the ink port and pull some ink through, then try it again. If it looks like it's trying but won't clean up completely, sometimes just letting it sit overnight will do it, and iit saves ink. OTOH you can't get it to print with an Epson cart, then you might need to a)clean the bottom of the head with a strip of doubled-over paper toweling soaked in windex and B)direct inject windex into the head with syringe.
