Jeff, There are a lot of dual, tri and quad tone curves included with Photoshop. It is also not difficult to construct your own as long as you remember to start with black and then build with increasingly lighter colors. You might start with some of the existing curves that are reasonably close to what you want and then modify the colors and curves. As you get "instant" feedback on your monitor you can see what you are doing every step of the way.
