Digital BW, The Print

I asked Adobe this very question about a year ago and was told that there 
is a cross-platform "upgrade" package/license that you buy to make the 
switch.  It isn't free, but as I recall it was a lot less than a full 
program.  (It may in fact be a full program for the other platform, but 
since you're already a registered user they sell it to you for less than 
full price.)
