If there's something you do everytime you work an image over that's standard...
If you've been too lazy to learn actions (it's not hard, since you do the sequence all the time)...

REWARD your laziness! and learn that action palette. Make an action & convert (and set up a keyboard shortcut to boot) those images for the web, print, setup all those adjustment layers you do everytime anyway.
