Have you used these papers on regular epson ? The banding could be as simple
as the paper thickness setting. Or it could be a case of ink clogging when
the hextone interacts with the other ink in the tubing. Flush and cleaning
cycles may also help.

  Has anyone done a workflow for the Epson Photo EX?  I am using my first
  cartridge of hextone inks from MIS and am getting banding and/or
  posterization on a variety of papers:  Sommerset Photo Enhanced, Luminos
  Parchment and Classic Velour, regular Epson glossy and matte (tried these
  before spending money on the archival; would they be different as regards
  my two problems?).  Any suggestions?
