Digital BW, The Print

I took a couple of prints in to Tricera yesterday and the gentleman - 
I didn't get his name - took a look and said that I had a short in 
the printhead. So that's the problem - needs new heads. Getting it 
fixed next week. Thanks to everyone for their help.
