And since PS7 has the darn Grey to RGB conversion bug, a Grey to RGB 
conversion would be nice too.. Then one could simply do all the work in 
PS, and apply Paul's curves or others, to RGB print files via filters in 
QImage or whatever kind of settings in OPM/IJC.

If it worked, you wouldn't need to keep a copy of PS6 and PS7 on disc...

If this app grew into a full-blown mode converter, you could probably 
offer it for a few bucks OR as postcard-ware..
