Hahnemuhle Photo Rag. This paper is frequently rebranded with other names, but it is carried by most of the major internet venders. Check www.digitalartsupply.com, www.inkjetart.com, www.inkjetmall.com and www.mediastreet.com just to name a few...they all have it. It has lightly more tooth than EAM, similar gamut and blacks, and fewer optical brighteners. It is 100% rag.
