Yes, it's really that simple. I can switch from the Ultratones to a full
color inkset in less than a minute just by switching the carts. This is
the major reason why I wouldn't want a CIS for my 2100.

They work well. I have several inksets in cartridges lying around here,
most of them only used occasionally, but they all work fine whenever I
bring them back into use. I've had cartridges that were unused for many
months without problems.
