Digital BW, The Print

The IP5.5.RIP produces much better prints than the epson RIP.
Not even a contest.
I am looking for a good medium weight paper that is otherwise as 
smooth and as white as the epson Enhanced Matte. The enhanced matte 
paper seems a little thin for the job as subtle ripples appear after 
printing.The velvet fine art is OK for some pics but has more texture 
than I would prefer and is not as white.I tried Hahnemuhle 308 which 
is the right thickness and texture, but it is not as white as the 
enhanced Matte.Any suggestions out there???
