I'm not sure which print workflow you were referring to, but below are 
my suggested settings for printing with the 2200 QTR warm and cool 
profiles with UC inks on EEM or comparable matte papers.  I get prints 
that are almost indistinguishable from those made with OPM and IJC 
profiles.  If you are using an uncoated matte paper or something with 
very different surface characteristics, then you should edit the 
profiles as needed.  Roy has included a profile construction tutorial 
in his download package that should get you started.

1. Set your gray working space in Photoshop to Gamma 2.2.
2. Open a grayscale image file in Photoshop and convert if necessary to 
the gray workspace.
3. Page setup - select your QTR 2200 printer from the "Format
for:" list.
4. Print with preview - you should see Source space selected and
Document: gray gamma 2.2 and Print space: Profile should be set for
Same as Source.
5. Print: make sure again that your QTR 2200 printer is selected in the
printer list
6. printer features, basic: matte paper, 1440x720 Highest quality,
photograph, adaptive hybrid, and seven color.
7. printer features: QTR settings, output mode: quadtone rip, curve 1:
2200-warm, curve 2: 2200-cool, blend: 50-50 (or any other blend you 
prefer).
