Digital BW, The Print

Don't abandon Epson. They make great printers and they give you free replacements if anything goes wrong in the first couple of months. Heck, I'm a teacher and a kid broke my 1280 the first day I had it. They are sending me a replacement. 
I also have a 2200 at home. Can't tell you how great the prints look and they last 70+ years. B&W is a little problematic because of the magenta/green issue, but they will get that under control at some point.
