I had a similar problem, I used the Large syringe(sp) supplied by 
MIS with the vacumn attachement, and rivets. pulled the cartridge, 
drew ink out, redeposited in bottles. I did this procedure until the 
syringe drew easily(even though it was only in one line the problem 
occured in I did all of them, hell had it out might as well). put 
the carts in worked fine.
