  I am having a similar problem. I just installed the ultratones in my 
  1200 and am getting good nozzle checks on all but the black cart. I 
  have run cleaning cycle after cycle and still the same thing. Could 
  someone explain how the "windex cleaning" is done. By the way, the 
  ink that I replaced was MIS original hextones. I don't believe they 
  were dyes.
