The "several kinds of light" problem is called metamerism. Typically with the 2200 black and white prints look magenta under fluorescent light and greenish under daylight. It IS possible to adjust your profile to eliminate the cast under a particular light source but that that only makes it worse under others. The result is that out-of-the-box you can only get neutral black and white prints with the 2200 under one specific light source. However, it turns out that the yellow ink is the worst culprit so several RIPs use color combo's that minimize this to achieve fairly metamerism-free prints, at the expense of greater coarseness, since the dither pattern then has less flexibility.
