I checked them on www.photo.net, camera store recommandations, and they 
are not mentioned.  You might check the price on 
www.deltainternational.com, I know they sell grey market equipment, with a 
non-OEM warranty, and I have had good experiences with them.

But for US warranty,equipment,  I buy from B&H and I never have had a 
problem with them.
