Digital BW, The Print

Well, in Cambridge this afternoon I was successful in achieving a 
Licentiate Distinction from the Royal Photographic Society!

Thrilled to bits as I have spent several months putting everything 
together. I chose a panel of 10 B&W images, mostly taken with my 
Fuji S2 and digitally printed onto PhotoRag using VM Ultratone inks 
and Gen4 black. One of the assessment judges passed particular 
comment on the print quality, saying how hard B&W can be to get 
right.  I think Mr. Roark also deserves this pat on the back as the 
system makes the print!

Anyway, please excuse the trumpet blowing, I just wanted to you let 
you know that Digital B&W printing seems to have been accepted by 
the RPS judges!
