Re: [Digital BW] 7600 Problem, printing tracks to the edge

2003-08-15 by Tom Baker

Although I have not had Epson do a house call, the service for the first year on my 9600 is on-site. I believe that is the case for the 7600 as well. On the 3 or 4 ocassions that I have contacted Epson support (by phone and email), they have been quite helpful and easy to work with.

First thing I would do is contact Epson tech support, and if it's still in
warranty let them fix it or tell you what you can do on the spot to remedy
the problem. If no longer under warranty, I would pay them to fix it, since
they have the knowledge and tools to do it right.... Probably be better than
new, because their testing is more demanding than the factory assembly line.

Good luck,

Jim
