At the same time the statement from anybody else stating that he/she COULD get to this site shifts the blame somewhere else. As everybody knows the Internet is just a mechanical network. Farther the distance from the target, bigger the chance of the glitches. And now: THE PROPER WAY OF CONDUCT in such cases as with Paul's site appearence/disappearence: Wherever you are and have the problem with connecting to any particular site firstly just ask others if anybody from your area has the same problem. Does anybody anywhere else has the same problem? Finally does anybody go through? You can isolate the problem area pretty precisely. I am in New York City. My web site is in Connecticut. Some viewers in California have repeted problems with connecting to my web site. It's annoying to me as well. The system is not and will not be perfect.
