Digital BW, The Print

Hello Antonis. I was wondering what is the best B&W ink to use when printing 
with a 1280 that uses eggrolls for printing. Please let me know as soon as 
possible because if this will not work I dont want the eggrolls to go bad and I 
will eat them. Thanks a lot. I am anxiously waiting for your reply. A friend
