Linearity problems can be dealt with by coming up with a good workflow. But in my experience the metamerism problems with those inks can not be overcome. If it weren't for that they'd be a major player as a dye alternative, were given very good longevity by Wilhelm on some papers, have dye Dmax's, and could probably be used on glossy papers. If you want to be further discouraged look at them under flourescents. Oh well.
