Studioprint doesn't care whose ink is in there; you tell it which positions have which tones of ink (approximately), print some test targets, and measure the resulting densities. Studioprint does the rest. I'm happy with it. However, I'm switching over to Piezotones because I don't much like the tones of the MIS FSN inks, though -- hard to explain, but it just doesn't have much "character" to it. Maybe it's *too* neutral. Once the carts make their way here from Vermont, I'll be playing with combinations of Sepia and Selenium. -- John Labovitz johnl@... www.johnlabovitz.com
