Digital BW, The Print

I have been following with interest all the posts regarding Roy's QuadToneRIP 2.0, the Epson 2200, and the work Carl has done. Don't use the Mac much anymore, but these posts have piqued my interest in trying QTR 2.0. A couple of questions to the experts: Do I have to uninstall QTR 1.1 before installing 2.0? Is the Epson 2200 supported in Gimp-Print 4.2.5.0 and will QTR 2.0 function properly with this version of Gimp?
