Remove Blue Tint

I followed Carl Schofield's workflow for B&W printing on the 2200 as 
outlined in his article "B&W Printing With The Epson 2200 / 2100". I 
printed on the Enhanced Matte Paper as specified in the article. My 
prints came out with a strong blue-ish tone. Any thoughts as to why 
this happened and how to correct it?
