I know virus discussions are not a suitable topic here, but just a quick 
note to say this story is a well known urban legend.  Ignore it, don't 
follow the instructions given, don't delete anything (it could hurt your 
system), do use a reputable anit-virus program, and DON'T RESPOND TO THIS 
NOTE AND MAKE IT A THREAD.
