Digital BW, The Print

Hello again,
So far I haven't been able to get a good print from my setup (Epson 
1280, MIS VM ink) so my next idea was to try and seek help personally 
from someone who has been using the same setup and getting good 
results. If one would be willing, I would like to send them prints 
I've done along with the steps I've done in my workflow for each 
image (written out on the back). There would be no need to return 
these prints all I would ask for is some insight on maybe what I'm 
doing in my process that is causing this posterization and lack of 
tone. Or something I could change. Of course I would pay shipping 
costs. I understand people are busy, so if you are willing please
