Sorry, I didn't read that correctly. Should be 43 cm / 17".

1800 $ is the latest quote I have seen.

I speculate that in matte "monochrome" printing the gloss black
may be used as another grey ink. So MK,GK,k head divisions are
all used then. An for colouring the rest. If it isn't then Roy
will make that possible soon :-)
