Digital BW, The Print

Mark, I don't have specific answers to your questions. But I'm just 
wondering why you wouldn't consider a back instead. I'm assuming you 
could use it with your plungercam or any other experiments you are 
doing in medium format. I use goofball plastic lenses on my RZ and 
4x5's, and if I want to continue those effects optcally instead of 
faking them in Photoshop I always thought I'd have to the back route 
instead of a whole digital camera. Have you looked into that?
