Hi, until now, I've always sent my digital data to a lab for printing (even on baryt papers), but for smaller images (20x30cm), I'm thinking of buying a printer myself. Now, Canon, Epson and HP all have excellent mid-range photo printers (canon i965, epson 950, hp 7960), but I can't seem to make up my mind. The HP looks very promising, with its dedicated grayscale ink, but I wonder if the others can't reproduce good black&white then? I mean, looking at versatility, which one is the better choice, since I like exotic paper for my black and white work, can they handle this? How about inks? I know epson can have 3rd party "bulk" ink reservoirs (I forgot the name actually), what about the others. In short, for black&white, using 'exotic' papers, which one is the preferred choice? In colour, all 3 makes are good, so I'm not really worried about that, it's the b&w part that makes me doubt. Any info appreciated, thanks, Marco PS: I've searched the archives, but for some reason I get errors - timeouts..
