RE: [Digital BW] OT Minolta Dimage Scan Multi II

David,

Just one comment. Calumet, which is a very fine store and great customer
service, generally does not have the lowest prices and you might want to
shop around a bit for a piece of older equipment like the Dimage Scan Multi
II.

* I'm in the market for a medium format scanner, and just got a
* flyer from
* Calumet selling out this medium format scanner for $499.99,
* from original
* price of 2000.
* I'd just be useing this scanner for med format film, as I'm
* happy with my nikon
* 4000 coolscan.
* Are people using this scanner happy with it, it seems like a
* great price.  I'm not
* looking to compare this with a 3000.00 scanner, but at 500.00
* how does it do. TIA for comments from users. I would be
* scanning both b&w & transparency film with this.
