Just to clarify, are UltraSmooth/Scrapbook/PremierArt Hot Press the same 
paper?

Royce Bair's current inkjetart newsletter talks about the new and available 
Premier Art Hot Press, yet he mentions that Ultra Smooth has not been released 
yet, as if the two are different papers.
